Please Note: If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. Any delay in reporting may prevent us from tracking your shipment, and we will not be responsible for parcels reported after this period.

Shipment Tracking & Follow-Up: Once your parcel has been dispatched, customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and following up directly with the courier company regarding delivery updates, delays, or delivery-related issues.

All the orders within India are shipped through DTDC or ST or professional or India post only. Once the order placed the Normal Shipping ( Deliver in 5 to 7 Working Days) Or Priority Shipping ( Deliver in 2 to 3 Working Days ).

Dispatch duration for Normal Shipping 3 working days (Saturday & Sunday Not Included)

Tarathi jewels is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company /postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

The customer can view his/her tracking I’d in the ‘’Track order’’ category in our website by providing the order id.

We use courier services like DTDC,ST, Professional etc, to do the delivery and it’s entirely up to the particular service /delivery staff when it comes to the delivery. We have no authority over the service and  delivery timings. In case it has been delivered at your address, but it was collected by security, House help, neighbor etc. We do not have any guarantee regarding such cases as there will be no advance call or communication from the courier companies while delivering your order, so kindly track your order regularly.

If the product is not received within 10 business days from the date of shipment customer can reach to us through WhatsApp or mail us .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
