Please Read this policy carefully .This is the Return /Refund and cancellation policy of Tarathi jewels.

Kindly Take a Video Before Opening the Package/Products. We take Replacement only if The Product Is Damaged. Without valid unboxing video proof, We don’t issue Refund/Replacement.

We issue replacements or refunds or exchange whichever is feasible for us for damage of products during transit within 24-48 hours days of the original purchase of the product provided the damaged product is return shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. A replacement will ONLY be provided. A refund can ONLY be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product. The placed orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for another product.

We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to pick up the jewelry in the courier service timings which is typically 9am IST to 5pm IST. In case of person unavailability, a total of two to three attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered. But beyond the specified limit of trying to deliver the parcel will be returned to the origin. Retainment of the parcel for client pickup at the courier office after multiple unsuccessful deliveries depends on the location and the courier service. A re-courier will be of course done and the customer might have to bear the re-shipping costs once again.

We will not accept return/exchange for below reasons

* If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.

* If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.

*It doesn’t suits you, unexpected size/weight of the Jewelry.

* Wrong bangle sizes etc.

*Bangles size chart is mentioned on every bangle product page. Please measure your size before you make a purchase if you are unsure of the size. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong size orders placed.

*In case of stones may have fallen, Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue and, at times, earrings stems are bent in order to ensure safety and the button/push back rubber being lose will NOT be considered for exchanged or refunded.

*Each package travels distances to reach the clients, thus we ensure safe packaging of the product assuring no damage during transit. Products will be adequately bubble-wrapped and packed in shipping boxes which will stay intact throughout transit.

*Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.

*Under rare circumstances, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.

NOTE: Unboxing videos must start right from the opening of the outer package and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost, failing which we shall not address the issue. Without a proper unboxing video, we shall not proceed to address your claims and also only the damaged piece will be replaced but we ensure the quality of best packing

But if in case of return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

*We do not have a return pickup facility yet. Hence the order needs to be self-shipped in case of an exchange. The sender has to bear the returns shipping cost. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

*For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service, preferably DTDC, Professional couriers and ST Couriers etc.

Since we confirm the claim and agree to exchange, we would send a fresh product of your order to the same shipping address as before, within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the damaged product. Tracking details of which will be email id back to your registered ID.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers but we ship across 80+ countries and are extremely responsible with packaging and has feedbacks on our social media to vouch for the same .We do try to cater for alternative solutions to rectify the problem if any as well and will differ time to time based on the situations.
